Home Care Services

Opt2Care Home care providers act as extended family to seniors, especially when the responsibilities of care giving become difficult   for loved ones. Each member of our team is dedicated to providing quality service that will help seniors maintain dignity and independence in their homes.

We will conduct free care assessments and create individualized plan of care for our home care clients. The care assessments is a summary of the following: the clients’ health and functional status, health service needs, living conditions and social supports that are needed to assist our clients at home.

Care assessments and individualized care plans improve our clients’ quality of life by:

  • Reducing the need for hospitalization or institutionalization.
  • Enable our clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

    • Opt2Care Home care providers are selected for their caring, compassionate attitude,                 and their professional competence.


All our care providers are licensed, bonded, and insured and must pass the following screenings:

  • Criminal Background Checks
  • Extensive Reference Checks
  • Skills Assessments
